Returns/Exchanges

 

THERE ARE NO RETURNS//EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  All items are generally shipped between 2-3 business days. For holidays, Black Friday and high volume order times shipping times will be extended to 5-7 business days. Order confirmations are sent to your email immediately after you order and your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received your package or if your package is still in transit, you MUST take that up with the shipping carrier.

FLOWER MOON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ITEMS. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received your package or if your package is still in transit, that MUST be communicated with the shipping carrier.
